Yes, a traditional grass lawn with unobstructed soil is needed for safe installation. We cannot place signs on rocks, mulch, concrete, or near public utility structures. Our team will drive a stake 10 inches into the ground to secure the sign. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

For scheduled births, we recommend booking in advance to secure your date. If it’s a surprise arrival, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll aim to install the stork within 24-48 hours.

Yes! Grandparent stork signs start at $90 for a generic bundle and $100 for personalized ones. The rental period is 7 days, and the personalized bundles are yours to keep.

Payment must be made 24 hours before delivery to avoid cancellation. We’ll contact you with reminders. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Q: What is your refund policy?+–
We offer full refunds if you cancel at least 24 hours before delivery or if extreme weather prevents setup. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for access issues such as gated communities, refusal by homeowners, or threatening animals. We appreciate your understanding!
